Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and external factors. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Korigo Snacks shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where available.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Korigo Snacks will not be liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@korigosnacks.com with clear images of the package. All such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Serviceability

Delivery is subject to service availability in your area. Korigo Snacks reserves the right to cancel orders for non-serviceable locations, with appropriate communication.
